are ready to ship your order. You will
be notified when your account is charged, the shipping date is established, and
the carrier’s phone number is supplied.

orders. To order, please copy our order
form and complete all information.
Include your check or money order made payable to Iron Works of Ohio,
Inc. for cost of item(s), as well as shipping.
Once the check has cleared your bank, your item(s) will be shipped to
you.

Iron Works of Ohio, Inc. will ship to most foreign countries, we reserve the
right to reject any international order due to product restrictions or issues
concerning customs. It is the
responsibility of the customer to ensure the foreign legality of any product
ordered from Iron Works of Ohio, Inc. before
ordering.

At
Iron Works of Ohio, Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your
purchase; however, if for any reason you must return any items, please follow
these return procedures.
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of product to obtain a return authorization number (RAN). Authorized returns must be received at Iron Works of Ohio, Inc. within 10 business days after issue date of authorization. Product must be in its original packaging with clearly marked AUTHORIZED RETURN and RAN on carton. Return shipping costs are not the responsibility of Iron Works of Ohio, Inc.
After
product inspection, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If
product is not found to be in new condition, a refurbish cost may also need to
be deducted from your refund.
All
customs or duty taxes for products shipped outside the USA shall be the
customer’s responsibility. Any
shipments returned to the shipper, for any reason, will also be the customer’s
responsibility – including any shipping and customs fees.
We,

If
you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within five working days
after the date of order at metalfab@ironworksofohio.com. Please include your name and order number
for faster processing. Orders may also
be canceled by calling Iron Works of Ohio, Inc.’s sales department at
1-888-459-8909.
For orders canceled after they have been shipped, customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Due
to the size or weight of some of our items, they must be shipped by motor
freight. Most freight companies usually
cannot make residential and home deliveries due to the size of their
trucks. It is then the customer’s
responsibility to make arrangements with the carrier to pick up the order.
When
we confirm your order, you will find the carrier’s name and toll-free number to
make such arrangements. If you would
like optional home delivery, the same carrier can provide such pricing. The cost of this service is the responsibility
of the customer.
Please
thoroughly inspect all merchandise delivered by any carrier for damage incurred
during shipping. Such inspection should
occur immediately as most carriers will only allow 24 hours after delivery to
report any damage to contents. Any
damage found needs to be noted on the bill of lading or any shipping document
signed by customer at time of delivery.
Customers must also call Iron Works of Ohio, Inc. sales department at
1-888-459-8909 to report any damage. If
damage is not reported in this manner, customer will be liable for damages.
If
your shipment is not received seven days after shipping date stated on the
e-mailed confirmation, please notify Iron Works of Ohio, Inc. sales department
at 1-888-459-8909 or at metalfab@ironworksofohio.com
to track this delivery. You will be
notified results.
